Gmail in Your Office

In most of the offices like TCS Gmail is prohibited and the employees cant check out their mails . Now here is a great solution to that .Gmail is having a functionality to divert all the mails to a destination email id providing an option to save that mail in Gmail inbox or not .

To enable that feature follow these steps .

1. Sign in gmail account

2.Click the Settings link on the Top right corner

3. Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP link .

4. In the Forwarding section select Forward a copy of incoming mail to ......................... and keep Gmail's copy in the inbox .

Thats it !!

Now your mail will be diverted to your office email ID too and you will be able to read your mails in office too !!
